The Positive Intelligence (PQ) model is a straightforward, science-based program created by Stanford lecturer and former CTI CEO Shirzad Chamine.
This focused six-week program builds your Mental Fitness muscles so you can quickly switch from negative self-talk to discerning internal dialog. Participants engage in a series of weekly and daily activities including viewing a 60-minute video lecture each week, attending a facilitated weekly group call, and daily short burst "gym" sessions delivered through the interactive PQ Mental Fitness app.

Programs are run in a cohort format meaning you will take this journey with others. Video content is delivered on Saturdays, starting the first program week. All members of the cohort begin and finish together.
The training only works if you do the work. You'll have the support of other like-minded people as well as coaching from me during the facilitated group sessions.
