pq mental fitness program
When you are physically fit, you can climb steep hills without physical stress.
When you are mentally fit, you can handle challenges
without mental stress or other negative emotions.
You can be happier and perform better.
The Positive Intelligence (PQ) model is a straightforward, science-based program created by Stanford lecturer and former CTI CEO Shirzad Chamine.
This focused six-week program builds your Mental Fitness muscles so you can quickly switch from negative self-talk to discerning internal dialog. Participants engage in a series of weekly and daily activities including viewing a 60-minute video lecture each week, attending a facilitated weekly group call, and daily short burst "gym" sessions delivered through the interactive PQ Mental Fitness app.
We all have those voices in our heads that get in our way. All people carry The Judge with them. The Judge also has help in the form of Accomplice Saboteurs. Curious to know which Accomplish Saboteurs show up most strongly for you? Take the free Saboteur Assessment:
The program only works if you do the work. You'll have the support of other like-minded people as well as coaching from me during the facilitated group sessions.
Includes 12 hours of video content, facilitated group learning, and daily content delivery and interactive engagement.
Programs are run in a cohort format meaning you will take this journey with others. Video content is delivered the Friday afternoon before the first program week. All members of the cohort begin and finish together.
If you are interested in doing the program with your team, friends, and/or family we can create a private program for no additional fee. Each pod has a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 10.
